Hire Cheap Labor. We’ve heard stories of our competitors drilling into water pipes. That’s not good.
Pricing Gimmicks. Free installation? That just means they are charging more for the shelf. Free shelves – no such thing. Often times they charge extra for ceilings over 10 feet or driving long distances.
Not helpful at all. Recently read a review by our #1 competitors that their installer watched a disabled elderly lady move boxes out of his way and would not start until she got it done. Seriously? Not cool.
